Children & Youth

Children are welcome at First Congregational Church of Stamford. During the first part of the worship service, children remain in the Sanctuary with their families. This helps them learn about our church and spend time with their parents in a relaxed and spiritual setting. Before the children leave the Sanctuary to go to their Church School classes, there may be a short children’s sermon tailored just for them. For parents with younger children, a staffed pre-school child-care room for children aged 6 months through 5 years is available during the worship service time.
